About Sylvia Hill

Sylvia Hill is a visual artist based in Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

She is a multi-disciplinary artist who generally works in paint, print and textiles. Her work has revolved around themes such as nature, childhood and currently urban architecture.  Her work is almost always informed by her surroundings – be that rural or urban. This work can be said to be autobiographical but covers universal themes.

Sylvia works in oils on board or canvas and every piece for her is an exploration of colour.
